Techniques (Game Tips and Tricks):
1. Try building more houses before buying needed blueprints. It would be easy for you once you have enough funds to attain your goal.
2. Build a house, upgrade the house (up to 3 stars) and sell it to have more funds. This will enable you to support your goals for that level. Nothing to worry because you can repurchase it again.
3. Buy more materials. You must buy more materials to support necessary upgrades.
4. Always make your house upgrades at the start of the collecting period to be able to get the rental income. The more you upgrade houses, the rental income you’ll earn for the period.
5. Pay tax to qualify in earning rental income.
6. Hire more workers to finish more tasks immediately or on time.
